Weighed in this morning at 136.2. Down another 1.2...woohoo! This was even with my Saturday of going off the rails and three running rest days out of 7 as its race week! So I am definitely pleased with that! I averaged 2235 calories consumed/day with 507 of those burned off via exercise. So even with netting 1728 cals per day I still lost over a lb. You can eat and still lose weight!! Been going at this "hardcore" calorie counting for just over 3 weeks now. I find seeing the math to be so motivating! Here are my 3 weeks in review...
Anyways, head cold is in full effect :-( My husband, myself and my youngest are all dealing with it right now...
I had a really rough sleep last night and I think that was enough to do me in. I debated skipping my run today in favor of rest but decided I would just do the 4 miles easy and not worry about time. I sleep much better if I run and I really want to sleep well tonight in attempts to properly battle this cold. So I weighed the pros and cons and went for it. It was 24 degrees in Port Alberni so it was a hot one. I probably only ran about 10 min/miles. I'm happy its Friday and its race weekend...wish I was in better health for it, but it is what it is!
