Back to work...

Today was the first day back to work. Back to the routine which I like. Morning weights...
was still able to do my two reps of 35 push-ups! 

Lunch was my first intense speed drill of the new training program. 15 mins warm-up, 7 2 mins intervals at sub-6:45 with 2 mins recovery, 5 mins cool down. 


The first interval I got slowed down by a construction flagger but even with that one included I still made my pace over all. It was tough but not unmanageable. It felt great to be done and the new shoes help up well, no blisters.
